O’Rourke says Trump should not visit El Paso in wake of shooting – TheHill

First and foremost let us not forget the victims of this weekend’s Carnage. The multitude of people they’ve left behind agreed and it’s going to take awhile for them to try to get their lives back honestly I don’t think they ever will.

Now to the politics of this. This weekend has been a boon for two people in my opinion. Trump benefits from the fact that although his statement was terrible his supporters are going to think that he did the right thing and looked, so-called presidential. Actuality he never really condemned white supremacist. He never said I cut them he says the nation must, a dog whistle to them. He never mentioned Latinos or Hispanics in this speech and I hate that has befallen them. He blamed a straw man, video games. It’s like the Republicans have these talking points and they know that thoughts and prayers has become unfortunately a cliche so now they’re using video games and mental illness. The real culprit are the assault weapons flooding our streets.

Trump fueled this killing spree and his going there is akin to an arsonist getting to go back to the scene of his crime. what Trump does with Trump does and he’s going to show up and do the most inappropriate things and his supporters will love him and those who don’t will it continue to despise him. I can’t hear his voice anymore, I prefer to be locked in a room with people scratching blackboards. On the plus side for Trump you haven’t heard the words Jeffrey Epstein, impeachment or Robert Mueller for a few days. And let’s not forget about the the ridiculous tariffs and trade war with China.

Beto O’Rourke is another one of those people that has benefited from this. And it’s not because it happened in his hometown, Tim Ryan is from Ohio and no one here’s anything about him. Tim Ryan suspended his campaign and to be honest I read that I hoped he had pulled out of the race. On the other hand Beto O’Rourke has been a great spokesman for his City, Texas and those who these terrorists have gunned down. He has been front and center all of the network coverage of this horrific event in El Paso. Is commentary wine above the normal rhetoric one hears and he truly made himself look good. I still wish he would run against cornyn senator up for taxes but that’s his decision to make.

There’s a lesson to be learned from this and all of these tragedies is that we need to make sure that those people we love know that and we always leave them with a smile on our face and no angry words because one never knows when we’ll see them again, if ever.

John Oliver Delivers Emotional Plea to Trump and America in Wake of Dayton and El Paso Mass Shootings – The Daily Beast

In the first 90 seconds before his normal show John Oliver set everything that needed to be said about what’s happening right now.

When I said on Twitter. The current occupant of the White House has blood on his hands I was locked out of my Twitter account for 12 hours. They call it Twitter jail I call it completely unfair. when Trump rants and rails on his Twitter account spewing hatred and racist views no one puts them in Twitter jail.

Is John Oliver I posted what he said tonight I guess if he were not a celebrity he would also be put away in Twitter jail.

There’s a disease in this country and there is no two ways around it. Even senator Pat Toomey asked that Mitch McConnell bring back the Senate to vote on common Sense gun reform. Then Mitch McConnell broke or injured his shoulder. I would like to see those x-rays.

Wawa on hiatus from Twitter although I’m not on there all that much, I watched the latest episode of elementary on CBS. Their story line right now is about someone who owns the biggest search engine who uses his data to look for those who might kill and preemptively kills them before they get a chance to do so. When Sherlock tries stop himhe’s confronted with the fact that this man is so powerful because he controls how the people of the world think of their politicians. Sound like anyone you might have heard of maybe somebody like Mark Zuckerberg or the now very cozy with the oval Office CEO of Twitter Dorsey.

I’m famously no longer on Facebook, Instagram and I had all intentions of leaving Twitter. I still might but then who would read this blog other than myself and that I consider that mental masturbation.

Since this is a place I can say what I feel well I truly believe that Trump, the GOP and the NRA have the hundreds of people’s blood on their hands that have died in mass shootings, all 291 so far this year.

In the wake of the shutdown, Pelosi’s public support grows – MSNBC

The best thing that’s happened to the present occupant of the White House lately has been Governor Ralph Northam.

That’s being said let’s talk about Nancy Pelosi. The shade that he caved would be such an understatement. He puts a country or through 35 days of uncertainty for nothing. He got the same exact if not worse deal that’s he would have had if the government had not shut down. He is the worst negotiator ever. this is the man who got mad at President Obama when he announced that we were going to do a measure to pull out from Iraq he said Trump tweets that we’re going to pull out of Syria completely and take half of our troops out of Afghanistan. Oh yes Mr. President that’s exactly the stealth approach you had been talking about. Announce to our hose especially Isis everything we’re going to be doing so they can make their plans for takeover. You’re making your boss Putin very happy because he’s wanted full reign over the middle East forever and now you’re giving it to him. I wonder what he’s blackmailing you with to get that.

Nancy Pelosi rocks and Trump sucks.
