Read the Mueller Report: Searchable Document and Index BY THE NEW YORK TIMES

In 1966 Robert F. Kennedy delivered a speech that included an instance: There is a Chinese curse which says “May he live in interesting times.” Like it or not, we live in interesting times. They aretimes of danger and uncertainty; but they are also the most creative of any time in the history of mankind.

Two days ago special counsel Robert Mueller made a 9 1/2 minute report to the country. Whether you like him or you don’t like him this man is a patriot and I believe he wanted to warn us not just about the abuses in the white house but also the threat to our democracy by foreign actors, especially Russia, but with thanks to this Administration to others including China and Iran.

he urged that all Americans read the reports that he and his team put together. It’s not a dry read but it’s certainly not a John Grisham novel I’m posting this because I’m hoping that my followers on this blog will take the time to download this and read the part they are interested in if not the whole 485 pages.

Our democracy is at stake here. I think it is our civic duty to read this report that took two years in the making. Yesterday the report paid for itself. Paul manafort’s for securus of his properties including a condominium on the 43rd floor of Trump Tower are now the properties of the United States of America and its citizenry. The Marshal Service will be posting these properties for sale and they’re value is considered to be conservatively at 42 million dollars. The whole power investigation cost $22, 000,000.

Let TV commentators be TV commentators but it’s time for us to get on the saddle and read the report itself.

Trump administration responsible for even more separated children, judge rules – NBC News

The judge makes it quite clear. The United States of America is failing at its minimum duty of keeping its citizens and those who reside within its borders safe.

I keep returning to two and a half years ago when life was normal and we didn’t have a man in the White House who has absolutely no humanity, empathy or any of the other human traits that would be a minimum requirement for the presidency of the United States. And yet here we are.

I am very much a part of the never Bernie movement on social media. Bernie Sanders chipped away at Hillary Clinton during the primaries and was only a half-hearted supporter after she won the nomination. That did not stop him from requiring her to spend over $250,000 on private jets for him and his wife. Weird that a man of the people wants private jets.

I blame Bernie Sanders for what we’re dealing with right now and I will do everything in my power to make sure he is not the nominee of the Democratic Party.I truly believe the Democrats should nominate a Democrat any Democrat except for Bernie Sanders.

So Senator Sanders I lay the judge’s ruling at your feet as well as Trump’s.

Ex-Trump aide: Stephen Miller said he’d be happy if no refugee ever again set foot in US – TheHill

What happened to Stephen Miller that makes him hate people so much? this is the kind of thinking that created at off Hitler. His rabbi did a sermon calling him a terrible person. does he not realize that’s somewhere down the line his family were immigrants? For some reason Miller doesn’t sound like a native American name.

I have an idea let’s deport Stephen Miller.

Opposition to Kavanaugh grows, support at historic low: Reuters/Ipsos poll – Reuters

We are meant to have a government by the people, for the people and yet this President seems to think that it’s a government for his Base by his base. Let all others be damned. Brett Kavanaugh and his views go contrary to the vast majority of the American people. By the Numbers 72% believe that women should have the right to decide how to deal with their bodies. 75% of Americans believe that we need stricter gun control laws. And these numbers are the same if you talk about campaign reform, civil rights, and so many other issues that will come before The Supreme Court. So why did the Tangerine nightmare in the White House pick Brett Kavanaugh? Brett Kavanaugh believes in an imperial presidency. That word hasn’t cropped up since the Nixon era and here we are coming back. Okay. Let us not forget this is a lifetime appointment of a man who’s in his 50s which means we will be saddled with him for a generation. So when you think about whether or not you’re going to vote in November think about how important your vote is. Just to give you a little bit of perspective Hillary Clinton lost Michigan by only two votes per Precinct, just too.

Why do we celebrate July 4th? Independence Day is a reminder that America is more than our constitutional parts – NBC NEWS

I am 64. So it has been a long time since I read the Declaration of Independence. Today I took the time and when was most shocking is that what our Founders found wrong with the king’s actions are so similar to what we are dealing with with our current president. Please take the time and read the following and see what similarities you can see with what we’re going through and what they were going through.

Excerpt of the Declaration of Independence ratified 242 years ago.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury:

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:

For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

I am in no way saying that we needs to declare independence from this president but I am showing you that many of the reasons we left the United Kingdom’s group was for the same reasons that we are so unhappy with our current president. Our current president thinks he is King.
