My meanderings about politics, LGBTQ COMMUNITY, space exploration, cars, cats, tech things and whatever else strikes my fancy. To the current occupant of the White House, we will not be taken into war on anyone's leash.
The special counsel, and the special counsel’s office is on firm footing. Thanks to the broad mandate given to him by Deputy attorney-general Rod Rosenstein his mandate is not going to go away anytime soon, much to the sorrow of trump supporters.
Now this Kavanagh guy that they want to put on the Supreme Court and he may well invalidate or try to vote against the special counsel’s office. the Judiciary branch of government must check the other two branches of government. If it is not do its job then our democracy is truly at risk.
I hope that one day I will regret saying the following words. But doesn’t it seem that Bernie Sanders acts like Donald Trump sometimes. When Hillary Clinton loses a primary she congratulates Senator Sanders. He ignores his loss and does not congratulate Hillary Clinton on her win and actually ignores the whole primary. In actuality he went on the offensive and started attacking Hillary Clinton again after what seems like a brief truce. You can say the same words about Donald Trump and how he behaved in the primaries. I hope I will be eating my words because I hope that he will be the man he claims to be an support Hillary in defeating Donald Trump. I will preface this by saying the old adage that “a week in politics is like a year in real life”. That being said and how well the electorate knows both these candidates makes that rule a little bit less hard and fast. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton have been on the world stage now for 35 years. So I think that barring some unexpected Revelations or some threat to our country these numbers are going to stay pretty much where they are. I could be proved wrong but my gut instinct says that Hillary is going to win and win by a substantial margin. She’s coming within the margin of error in Georgia to Trump. That’s unprecedented, Georgia has been a red state for ever now. AVB http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/us/general_election_trump_vs_clinton-5491.html
