The Washington Post: The sad truth about Russian election interference by Robby Mooks

I cannot imagine being Robby Mooks the day after the 2016 election. As Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager and also the youngest campaign manager ever for a national presidential campaign he must have felt incredibly bad. We all felt bad but he has a job of getting her elected.

So this opinion piece is kind of a catharsis for him. He has seen what the special counsel and other prosecutors have put on the table regarding the 2016 election. The Republicans cheated and not only did they cheat but they cheated with Russians. Look I’m used to Republicans cheating, they do so with voter suppression, libertini time for early voting, not allowing elections to be held on a day off for people who work to be able to go and vote without having stress of their jobs, and a host of other things which I’m not going to list. It’s been my experience that Republicans cheat in order to win. Sure Democrats do so as well but not in the grand scale that the Republicans the so-called grand old party uses.

What’s most upsetting to me about the current Republican stand on these election interference is by Russia is that they don’t have a stand. They don’t seem to care. When the shoe will be on the other foot and a country tries to get a democratic candidate into office watch how quickly Republicans will start wanting reforms which will stop this kind of shenanigans. But until then it suits them. They don’t care about our country they care about getting someone else into the Supreme Court so that they can mold the country into their vision of a conservative Utopia.

Obama World lovefest for O’Rourke is growing – TheHill

if the Democrats are going to win the White House in 2020 they must be pragmatic. I think that Beto O’Rourke would fit the mold for a lot of those people who would be uncomfortable, maybe because of their racism, with a person of color at the top of the ticket. I would love to see Carmela Harris as president but I fear that she would polarize the right into Ville coming out in voting and Rose. I believe the right learned our lesson with President Obama and have now mobilized as a feverish voting Bloc. They don’t seem to have Trump fatigue, which baffles me. So yes, a young man, a Kennedy like like figure would be a great choice.

Very unscientific polls of Democrats on Twitter have him in the lead, they don’t work checks a lot of boxes for voters. He’s fully bilingual, he is an amazing speaker and most importantly he makes you feel good when you hear him. And he also tells the truth which would be such a refreshing difference from what we have right now in the White House.

During 2004 Democratic Convention I had some friends over watching the keynote speech by then Senator Obama. After we finished I said he’s going to be our president and everyone in the room started chuckling and told me I was delusional. For some reason, I get the same feeling from Beto O’Rourke.

Christine Blasey Ford speaks out: Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser released a rare statement last week – CBS News

And here we are. Brett Kavanaugh is on the Supreme Court. Clarence Thomas is on the Supreme Court. I cannot imagine what it’s like for the women on the Supreme Court. Having to face these monsters on a daily basis. I don’t care about people saying that they have moved on. These are terrible people and history will judge them poorly. I’m worried that history will judge us poorly.

Clarence Thomas has had a continued abuse of his position on Supreme Court. He refuses to recuse himself in matters that his wife has financial dealings in. It’s corruption, let’s not mince words here.

I shudder at the decisions that these two men in the future. Brett Kavanaugh was on the record saying that the courts should never Grant new rights to people. The cord was always the place where we looked for Justice and now it’s gone for the foreseeable future.

Trump’s late-election rallies weren’t the boon the White House insists they were – The Washington Post

The angry mob of white older people coming to Trump rallies are not sustainable. Regardless of how the election went last week white older people as your base a party is not sustainable. The Democrats have the youth behind them and that’s a headwind for the Republicans. you know they have been saying that the youth both would not be that great and yet they voted. they understand the issues and are well informed and want to make sure that this country is a good place for all and not just for the rich.

Bob Woodward Reveals What Donald Trump Trait Gave Him ‘A Chill’ – HuffPost

Let’s be honest, we have an incompetent in the White House.

He doesn’t understand government or its need to exist.

He doesn’t understand America’s place in the world or why we need to maintain it.

He doesn’t understand that this is one World with one ecology and we are at the biggest wrecker of the environment and we need to address that but again he doesn’t understand.

He doesn’t seem to have a big grasp of anything other than his ego.

So when you hear veteran journalist like Bob Woodward who covered nine presidents say that he was shocked by something that the Tangerine nightmare said you need to listen. I watched an interview on Bill Maher and it’s telling that even Bob Woodward has temptations about where our country is going under the leadership of this man.

On the same program, Bret Stephens, who used to work for the Wall Street journal now who works for the New York Times and is no longer Republican was on. I remember the days that I would yell at the TV when Brett Stevens was on but Trump has made those go away. Bret Stephens openly said that he is worried that on January 20th 2021 we’re not going to see an orderly exit from the White House if Trump is voted out. I agree with him. And that’s chilling.

Appeals Court Rules Against Donald Trump On DACA Program – HuffPost

we’re going to see a lot of this kind of thing we’re courts rule against this illegitimate president. The elections have made it clear that he is not wanted in that office. Sure the Senate had more Republican games but that doesn’t mean that that’s the will of the people.

Those tiny little states with tiny little populations are controlling Our Lives. We need to stop that.

And we will.

NBC, Fox News pull Trump immigration ad, Facebook blocks paid promotion – NBC News

Even the Willie Horton ad was never pulled off the air. And if something that is in favor of trump is pulled off the air by Fox, you know it was bad. The divider in Chief loses another one of his battles. We need to make sure he doesn’t win the war. It’s amazing that we have a president who actually wants us to hate each other and that’s what he is. When he demonizes Democrats as the other, does he not realize that more than half the country Falls underneath that label?

Shame on him.

‘Full Trumpism’: The president’s apocalyptic attacks reach a new level of falsity [LIES] – The Washington Post

Poor Pinocchio, he’s getting a bad rap. He lied a couple of times but it’s so unfair that his name be dragged through the mud with the Tangerine nightmare’s.

I remember In a place far far away and a Time long ago when a President would speak and it was mostly the truth. Oh wait that was two years ago and here. It’s difficult to watch an institution that I have looked up to for all of my life being destroyed by this man for his own purposes.

Sotomayor on the Supreme Court: ‘We have to rise above partisanship’ – The Washington Post

In a week, this is all going to be water under the bridge, but we need to make this count. We need to go out and vote our hearts out and make sure there is truly a Blue Wave. I heard all about how Hillary Clinton was going to win the presidential race and yet she did not. We live in a country gerrymandered to death by the Republicans. We live in a country where voter suppression is part and parcel of the Republican Playbook. We live in a country that is under attack by Russia and its electoral process. We need to be diligent and we need to vote. Donate all the money you can to the Democratic Senate campaign fund, donate all the money you can toucan Chanel candidates across the country and make sure that you vote.

San Diego County Rep. Duncan Hunter and his wife are indicted on campaign finance violations – LA Times

Early supporters of Donald Trump are not doing well today. Between 1 p. M. And 2 p. M. Los Angeles time we saw the campaign chairman during the Republican National Convention for the Trump campaign being found guilty of eight counts of tax fraud and bank fraud. Almost at the same time Michael Kohn, Donald Trump’s longtime personal attorney, pleaded guilty to eight counts of felonies. and Donald Trump was basically named unindicted co-conspirator.

Duncan Hunter was the second Congressman to endorse Donald Trump back in the day. He and Congressman Collins who just resigned seem to be in the same boat, involved in the frotting the American people. By the way it’s not a good idea to take your bunny on a plane and charge it off to the American people.

people on Twitter are saying that Donald Trump is distracted in his rally in West Virginia, I would be too, it seems that Don Jr is in the Vise right now. An article in Vanity Fair says that Donald Trump is really worried for his son and that the special counsel is putting the screws on him. Well Donald Trump is screwing the country so…
