‘He is not going to be the nominee’: Dems slam Sanders over Maduro stance – POLITICO

Back in 2015 I wrote an open letter to Bernie Sanders asking him not to run for president. I knew it would divide the Democratic party and we would ultimately lose the election. And now we see that he does not understand politics at all. you don’t win the presidency in South Florida and now he’s alienated a large portion of Floridians cool weather lights Leon Juan Solis an opinion about Venezuela. The Cuban population remember what’s Fidel Castro did to them. Venezuelans understand what president dictator has done to their country. Does this man not understand that he is now making it very difficult for Democrats to win the election?

I resent Bernie Sanders because we have had to deal with Trump in the white house because of him and only him. He never embraced Hillary Clinton’s presidential bed once he lost the nomination. He never campaign for her in any way that felt genuine. His speeches were flat and did not have his normal pizzazz that’s his call block following heard it and then go out to vote.

The Democratic party for Democrats and not carpetbaggers who come in to the party to get the nomination.

Jeff Bezos accuses National Enquirer owner of ‘extortion and blackmail’ – NBC News

I’ll preface this by saying I am not a fan of Jeff Bezos.

That being said, I’m certainly not a fan of the National enquirer or its parent corporation run by David Pecker. Yes, I used his name because it was funny in a sophomoric way.

I was just talking to a friend of mine about this. I had a caregiver about 3 years ago who was a gay man in his early 60s. He was well-educated and had a career as a character actor in Hollywood. He would take me to the grocery store and as we will check out he would short reading of theheadlines about Hillary Clinton on the cover of the National enquirer and tell mehow this was making him not want to vote for her.

How many others do you think had that same idea in the back of their heads?

78000 in three States?

Yes it’s a tabloid but for some reason people want to believe it’s headlines. Maybe because they’re salacious and people want to think that others have a worse life than they do even if they’re celebrities, especially if they’re celebrities. And to me that’s the danger of this publication. I would never advocate for it to be closed for any reason but it would be really nice if mainstream media would call it out for what it is, a bunch of lies.

Facebook vs. Apple: Tech’s biggest cold war heats up — and gets personal – NBC News

I’ve never been part of the Apple ecosystem. I use Windows computers and Android phones. But in this case I am squarely in Tim Cook’s corner.

Tim Cook said that Apple sells Hardware not people’s data. Facebook not only sells people’s data but they are mercenary in their tactics. everything we’ve heard about Facebook and the last wheat makes it abundantly clear that it’s a bad player and needs to be thoroughly regulated it’s not broken into several smaller pieces. Mark Zuckerberg is the problem. He has ambitions to be President and is using his platform of 2.7 billion people to experiment on how to make his campaign work.

He said that Facebook was not aware of the Russians. But Facebook took payment in Russian currency for ads against Hillary Clinton. Who did he think that money was coming from? Mars?

November 11th 2017 was my D-day with Facebook. I left the platform and never looked back. I am a much happier person since I have not had Facebook in my life. grown accustomed to going to Instagram, another Facebook operation and when I saw it became too much a part of my life again I put the icon off of my desktop and have to go look for it in the myriad of icons in my app menu.

Regulation, regulation, regulation of Facebook!

I applaud Tim Cook an Apple for actually being mindful of their customer base. In the long run this is going to make apple stronger and more trusted in the eyes of everyday consumers.

Supreme Court turns down mysterious Mueller subpoena fight – POLITICO

If you’re like me and you watch Rachel maddow house broadcast each night you are more than familiar with this case.

It’s a case that’s been completely shrouded in secrecy. Commentators have had to read tea leaves to figure out what’s going on. What we know is that a foreign corporation has been doing its best to undermine the Mueller probe. we don’t know where this foreign corporation is but we can ascertain that it may be from Russia. It’s unheard of in the history of the Supreme Court for there to be a secret hearing before The Supreme Court and salt I’m not surprised. The Supreme Court sided with the special counsel’s office. But don’t let this decision make you feel comfortable regarding the special council’s ability to continue his probe. We still have Supreme Court Justice cavanaugh on the porch and we know how biased he is and we know that he will not recuse himself because he’s one of those people that just just stubborn and stands his ground. Sounds familiar, he’s cutting the same mold as the man in the White House. For now I am so happy to hear that the Supreme Court did the right thing and I hope they will continue to do so in the future

Conservative nonprofit with obscure roots and undisclosed funders paid Matthew Whitaker $1.2 million – The Washington Post

Is it surprising to anyone that the scam artist president has brought on board has his acting attorney general another scam artist ? Not to me. we have seen in the last 24 hours how this President thinks the law is not something that was written for him to abide by. whether it’s how he handled the tragedy of the Murder by the Saudi Arabian crown Prince of an American based journalist or how his daughter seems to think that emails can be sent willy-nilly or how he promised the state of California 500 million dollars when he was visiting on Saturday but has no intention of ever giving that money over.

Can we forget about Trump University? Or how about the Trump foundation? It’s funny how he doesn’t talk about the Clinton foundation anymore now that we know how bad his foundation has been.

An acting attorney general that is a criminal, usual concept. Can you imagine if President Obama had even ventured anywhere close to this level of corruption ? The Republicans would have gone Haywire.

My only hope for this President is that he can find the time transport scam that his acting attorney general was all over and sent himself back into the past and never run for President.

Alleged victim is a no-show for news conference claiming Mueller ‘sex assaults’ – NBC News

I call BS

It’s amazing the links that people will go through to make fools of themselves. You don’t invite the whole news media to an event and then not have the event as promised. These people are full of it and anyone who knows Robert Mueller knows that they are. What a lame October surprise.

Stormy Daniels, Trump and the power of telling the truth – NBC News

Stephanie Clifford also known as Stormy Daniels along with her attorney, Michael Avenatti, May well be the Catalyst that causes the Trump ship to sink. I wasn’t of this opinion right away. I thought Playboy model Karen McDougal was more believable in her interview with Anderson Cooper than was Stormy Daniels. But both women need to be given credit because dare truth was absolutely the truth. At the end of the day everything they both have said about their dealings with Trump have been corroborated by multiple individuals.

with Trump we’re dealing with an individual who thinks he and he alone is above the law. This was something that was clear from the time he tried to get out of going to Vietnam for the lame reason that he had bone spurs. And through his history as a failed developer he cheated his way through every business deal. He’s a cheat and got into the White House by cheating and now the American people know that. What to me was more important than anything that happened this week was the interview with the juror in the Paul manafort case that wanted Paul manafort to be innocent but said that he wasn’t and the evidence was overwhelming. She confessed to wear a make America great again hat to the courthouse. But she left her hat in the car and brought her citizenship into the courtroom. I believe this is giving a lot of people out there validation and the ability to walk away from Trump and his lies.

Email snafu reveals White House outreach to Obama and Clinton alumni – POLITICO

First we have a President who doesn’t want to use security protocols on his phones and refuses to tweet on anything that has any kind of security on it. He says it’s too inconvenient.

And now the irony of ironies, White House emails coming out. An email scandal involving Trump? Oh you must mean Hillary Clinton? Know it is Trump, and Karma is truly something else.

McMaster and Commander, Trump “wasn’t absorbing a fucking thing he said,” – The New Yorker

When Trump took over the presidency the National Security Council wrote talking points for when the president would speak to foreign leaders. These were varied and had lots of detail. These are the same that have been written for presidents for decades. After a few weeks advisors to the president said that these were too much, he’s more of a visual guy, he needed more pictures.

So basically we have a president who wants to run the country with comic books or at best a graphic novel as his briefing documents. I have not used the I word before in this blog but I think it’s time for impeachment. Actually I know it’s time for impeachment and if this Congress was not run by spineless and unpatriotic Republicans impeachment would be started. You would think it would be in their best interest to get rid of this stain and get someone who might get reelected like Mike Pence.

I don’t like Mike Pence and especially his anti-gay rhetoric but bad is better than crazy. And that’s a sad state that our country is in.
