Stormy Daniels, Trump and the power of telling the truth – NBC News

Stephanie Clifford also known as Stormy Daniels along with her attorney, Michael Avenatti, May well be the Catalyst that causes the Trump ship to sink. I wasn’t of this opinion right away. I thought Playboy model Karen McDougal was more believable in her interview with Anderson Cooper than was Stormy Daniels. But both women need to be given credit because dare truth was absolutely the truth. At the end of the day everything they both have said about their dealings with Trump have been corroborated by multiple individuals.

with Trump we’re dealing with an individual who thinks he and he alone is above the law. This was something that was clear from the time he tried to get out of going to Vietnam for the lame reason that he had bone spurs. And through his history as a failed developer he cheated his way through every business deal. He’s a cheat and got into the White House by cheating and now the American people know that. What to me was more important than anything that happened this week was the interview with the juror in the Paul manafort case that wanted Paul manafort to be innocent but said that he wasn’t and the evidence was overwhelming. She confessed to wear a make America great again hat to the courthouse. But she left her hat in the car and brought her citizenship into the courtroom. I believe this is giving a lot of people out there validation and the ability to walk away from Trump and his lies.

Email snafu reveals White House outreach to Obama and Clinton alumni – POLITICO

First we have a President who doesn’t want to use security protocols on his phones and refuses to tweet on anything that has any kind of security on it. He says it’s too inconvenient.

And now the irony of ironies, White House emails coming out. An email scandal involving Trump? Oh you must mean Hillary Clinton? Know it is Trump, and Karma is truly something else.

McMaster and Commander, Trump “wasn’t absorbing a fucking thing he said,” – The New Yorker

When Trump took over the presidency the National Security Council wrote talking points for when the president would speak to foreign leaders. These were varied and had lots of detail. These are the same that have been written for presidents for decades. After a few weeks advisors to the president said that these were too much, he’s more of a visual guy, he needed more pictures.

So basically we have a president who wants to run the country with comic books or at best a graphic novel as his briefing documents. I have not used the I word before in this blog but I think it’s time for impeachment. Actually I know it’s time for impeachment and if this Congress was not run by spineless and unpatriotic Republicans impeachment would be started. You would think it would be in their best interest to get rid of this stain and get someone who might get reelected like Mike Pence.

I don’t like Mike Pence and especially his anti-gay rhetoric but bad is better than crazy. And that’s a sad state that our country is in.

Britain gets tough on Putin after nerve agent attack -– and the Trump White House punts – The Washington Post

Perhaps it would be best for this White House to move it daily briefings from Washington to the Kremlin. Sarah Huckabee Sanders seems hell-bent on marching lockstep with the propaganda put out by Putin and Trump. I heard yesterday in a MSNBC story about Putin and their hold on Trump that Putin has said in the past that he has information that would be harmful to Trump. He is blackmailing Trump and Trump is complicit in this. Trump should have never ever run for the presidency if he thought he could be blackmailed. Doing so is treason in my mind and in the mind of many legal Scholars.

I applaud Theresa May on Great Britain for standing up to Putin and his attack on their country. Now if we only had a President Who was actually able to say how Russia attacked us in 2016 and is doing so right now through our electoral system. It repulses me to think that this man in the White House does not want to do anything about such a threat to our democracy. But then again does he really like our democracy? He seems to like dictator is a lot better than the way we run our country.

Trump was angry and ‘unglued’ when he started a trade war, officials say – NBC News

During the campaign when I would post to Facebook or Twitter about Trump and his Readiness to be president I always used the hash tag:

#UNFIT

This episode yesterday when he started a trade war with China and our best trading partner Canada is an example as to why I thought he was unfit. Just because you’re in a bad mood you don’t take it to work. But since he worked in a mom and pop kind of organization and he was the king he never learned that rule. So now his Tantrums have consequences and we are going to see the price of cars skyrockets as well as so many of the things we use everyday. I agree we need to do something about China and it’s unfair trade policies, but this was not it. He reminds me of the lazy student that skims a book and comes back with a two-sentence synopsis. Trade is complicated. For example we have parody in our trade in steel and aluminum with Canada. In other words we sell them as much of those Commodities as they sell us and that’s the way it’s supposed to work. China unfortunately mission to undercut American and for that matter products from the world. They sell steel, aluminum and things like solar panels below cost to them because they are run by the government and they are using the money they lend to us subsidized these losses. They are playing the long game and the long game is to monopolize every major commodity.. we need to deal with China but that has to be done through multilateral talks because feeling only weak Ina we don’t have the weight of the world on our side.

And kudos to NBC and it’s staff and it’s news department for all of the Scoops they have been having of light. The one positive thing coming from this Administration is the revitalization of our press whether it be print, online or newspapers.

Trump is unfit and his Tantrums have no place in the White House

Trump slaps tariffs on imported steel and aluminum, Dow plunges – NBC News

Once again this President shows that the last person he talks to his the person that he listens to for that moment. He made this ridiculous announcement after talking to aluminum and steel industry executive United States. Setting off a trade war is not good business. Yes are steel and aluminum industry. If not. I’ve always known that the minute this man walked into the White House we would be facing a recession if not worse.

We scored the town hall debate and Hillary Clinton won – Los Angeles Times

Let me preface by saying I am not a gambler. But if I were I would be playing poker with Donald Trump. Each time he was about to put out one of those outrageous lies he snorted. His demeanor during the town hall was that of a man who doesn’t understand personal space. He stood behind Hillary Clinton while she was answering questions. I must assume that he did this so that the dreaded split screen did not catch his weird grimaces. He did not apologize for what he did. I’m 62 years old and there for 8 years younger than Donald Trump. Yes I have done things I am ashamed of but you know what I don’t do them anymore. I haven’t done them in years but he seems to think that this is just merely locker-room banter. No talking about violating a woman’s body is not locker room banter. Violating a woman’s body is a crime. But as far as I’m concerned he lost the debate when he said that if he became president he would put Hillary Clinton in jail. In jail for what? Not noticing that there were tiny little Cee’s on three documents that would normally have a have a giant confidential across them? Nota de Donald Trump proved that he’s not presidential material and that he will never be presidential material. On the other hand Hillary tried very hard to put out policy and policy that had some sort of attachment to reality. Whenever Donald Trump about about what he called policy I believe that’s my policy From Another Dimension because it had no chance I’m working. It was difficult watching this debate and mostly because I felt sorry for Hillary Clinton having to be on stage with that man. What I worry most about is that when he loses the election he will not act like Mitt Romney and disappear and I worry that he will be a thorn and all of our sides for many years to come.

Hannity with his $29 million salary and private jet slams ‘overpaid’ media elites – The Washington Post

Now I understand why Donald Trump went directly to Sean Hannity before actually talking to any journalists after the debate. They are birds of a feather. Both are hypocrites.
