Sanders: ‘The Democratic National Convention will be a contested convention’ – CNN

The caption at the top of the CNN article makes Bernie Sanders look more ridiculous than ever. It states that “Hillary Clinton will be clinching the Democratic nomination for president in the next few days”. And this man is talking about late July. Back a year ago when Bernie Sanders announce to run for president I had a good opinion of him. I have completely lost that opinion and now find them kind of reprehensible. Naming a Palestinian sympathizer to be put on the platform Committee of the Democratic National Convention was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. I’m sure you have your own moment when Bernie Sanders became untenable. Please feel free to share those in the comments section.

  1. Pulling a full 180 degree flip flop on super delegates lost me. He was railing against how wildly undemocratic they are, an d NOW that his only chance to win is them just GIVING him an election in which voters chose his opponent by a wide margin. He’s trying to steal an election that isn’t even close. That takes a TON of balls, and hypocrisy.

  2. He lost me when he wrote that women fantasize about being gang raped. He lost me when he had a child and did not pay support. He lost me when he shook that nasty finger and talked over a woman. He lost me when he failed to release his taxes. He lost me when he tried to shame women for voting for a woman. He lost me when he jumped on the GOP hate train and betrayed the Democratic Party. He lost me when he failed to present concrete plans on how he would deliver on his incredible promises. He lost me when he used campaign funds to fly his entire extended family to Rome and fabricate an audience with the Pope. He lost me when he failed to condemn violence perpetrated by his supporters against women, children, disabled and elderly attending a Hillary event. He lost me when he lied about his path to the nomination and refused to concede to his worthy opponent. He lost me when he threatened to disrupt the democratic convention. He lost me when he decided to spread hate and anger instead of unity. He lost me when it became all about him and not about our country.
