Senators McCain and Paul scuffle amid the NSA debate

I’m for national security, who in their right mind would not want it. The Patriot Act was passed right after 911 while the country was still in trauma. It’s time for us to look at the provisions of the Patriot Act and see the ones that seem reasonable and keep those and remove these that’s give the government a blanket ability to look at our private conversations. If one of our enforcement agencies believes that there is a threat they can go to the FISA Court, a court that is secret and I believe allowed 75,000 warrants and denied 2 or 3 in the last 15 years. for them but at least there is a layer of protection because if we give up our rights the terrorists have in fact won, and that’s when we’ll have lost America.
Define the age difference age Senator Paul should be wary of the wiry Senator McCann in a scuffle.
